We are a chair cover Hire and wedding venue decoration organization. 

Terms and conditions of hire are as follows.

: We offer free set up and collection on all our items within a 45 miles radius of  Solihull. Any miles after that are charged at 0.50 per mile depending on order. 

: We ask for a security deposit which covers all our items the amount of deposit depends on the value of your order. If any of the chair covers/Sashes get ripped burnt, Stained beyond reuse covers will be charged per damage cover/sash we charge £12.00 per cover and £5.00 per sash. We will take a security deposit for any Glass wear hired deposit depend on Vase. All our items will be checked within 1 week of the event and deposit will be returned  within 14 days.

Sometimes we add small extras at no extra charge to give things like Vase and Swags a little finishing touch. If any of these were to not be returned the cost of these will be taken from the deposit. Eg small butterflies glitter balls, Diamond Studs.

:Once invoice has been sent out your date will be held for you for 5 days if we receive no conformation of booking with in this time date will be released. Once deposit is made we will get a receipt of booking sent out within 5 days. Full payment is to be made no less than 14 before the event. If payment is not received after the reminder letter/email no further notice will be given and the date will be released.

If you require a home visit or visit to chosen hotel outside 20 miles from solihull we wil need to add a petrol fee for our travel which is to paid before the visit. this can be added on to the invoice if booking has been made before the visit. 

Any booking changes will need to be confirmed within 4 weeks of the wedding.

Any other decoration eg Glassware will be charged at the rate of the glass at the time not wholesale cost. Also a petrol fee or shipping fee will apply to any items that need to be replaced.

No item can be replaced by your self as we would need to match every item perfect. To make the next wedding as special as your was.

We don't very often have items go missing or get damaged but in the unfortunate event this should occur, i would hope you understand this is a business and we do have these items going out the next week after your big day, If items are not returned this could result in loss of booking and a big dissopointment for another bride.

So please take care of our items as we would yours.
